The Fam meets our little Amelie!

Uncle Adam was almost glowing as much as Nonna. Almost but not quite!p
Pa loves his little grandson, Kyan, and can't wait to spoil his new little grand-daughter.
Pa, Ky, Amelie and Nonna!
Rebecca was our mid-wife and was an amazing help to Tam during the delivery.

Amelie arrived at 10.07pm and the first person to see her was her big brother, Kyan. Although, to be honest, checking out his new sister was the last thing on his mind.

December 31 - Happy New Year!

Ok, ok. This is supposed to be Tiny Teddy's site but Ky just wanted to join Mum in saying a little 'Ni hao'(hello) and wish Teddy and everyone 'Xin Nian Kuai le'(Happy new year) for 2007.

Dec 31 2006

Just under four weeks until Teddy's expected due date and despite the smiles, the back ache is really kicking in for Tam.

Teddy is certainly a mover and a groover but obviously not a fan of pop and rock music. Last month we saw U2 in concert and a few weeks back it was Kylie Minogue but bubs #2 was oblivious to it all. No foot tapping, no hand clapping, nothing!
Sounds like Mum and Dad will have to work on you in that dept when you arrive in a few weeks time!

December 17

Tiny Ted has been kicking up quite a storm lately, normally in the early hours of the morning. It's so cool - for Dad - to feel the baby move around in Mum's tum and Tam still gets blown away when she sees her belly ripple as Teddy readjusts him or herself in their cosy apartment.

It's now less than 6 weeks to go and we are still deciding on names for Tiny Teddy. We have a great name if it is a girl but the jury is still out on a suitable boys name.

The Werribee sessions July 24 2006

Whoops! Seems like we missed a few pix from July 24.
The first ones taken in June only revealed a white speck but by late July, Teddy was starting to take shape.

Sometimes seeing a baby on ultrasound pictures is
like trying to find that animal in the clouds that your best friend swears they can see but you can't quite make out.

'Oh yeah, sure I can make out the big white rabbit riding a bicycle. Yeah, there he is. Hey, is that a tamborine I see in his hand?'
But in these shots bubs is coming in nice a clear.
In the first one he/she is obviously at a rave party. Note the hands above the head.

'Put your hands up in the air. Put your hands up, in the air!'

The second one is more Kylie Minogue, ala 'I'm spinning around'.

The third shot is looking very tadpole-ish.
(Maybe, we'll call him Kermit!)

While the last one is more 'Tiny Teddy needs YOU!(to feed him more food, perhaps.)

Slowly but surely Tam's tum is growing! Posted by Picasa

The second photo session

On 6/9/06 we headed back to the Royal Womens to check out 'Teddy' once again. This time my folks, Ron and Joy, came along to check out the show.
'The didn't have that in our day,' my Dad said.
A helluva lots changed in 36 years eh, Dad?

The first shot is self explanatory, where as on the second one you can make out an arm and a leg if you look closely.
